Your guarantee

Perfect Fit guarantee. If the size is not right, tell us your measurement and we send the correct size at no charge. Keep or donate the first pair.

100% satisfaction guarantee. If your sleeves or socks are not what you hoped for, or something goes wrong with them, we will replace them or refund you. Nothing to register. Your order is your proof of purchase.

Just hang on to your order number. On Amazon it looks like 113-1234567-1234567 under Your Orders. On CrucialCompression.com it is in your confirmation email.

Getting the most out of them

Not sure about the size?

Knee: measure around your thigh 3 inches above the center of the kneecap. Elbow: around the center of the joint with your arm straight. Calf: around the thickest part of your calf. Ankle: go by shoe size. Send us the number and we will confirm your size.

Tight or loose?

It is personal preference. For short, intense sessions most people like a tighter fit. If you wear them for hours at a time, a slightly looser fit is more comfortable. Between sizes? Tell us how you plan to use them.

Knee sleeve sliding down?

Make sure the silicone grip bands sit flat against the skin. If it still slides, the sleeve is probably one size too big. That is exactly what the Perfect Fit guarantee is for.

Washing

Hand wash in cool water and air dry. Washing machines and especially dryers are the usual cause of pilling and lost compression.

Need help, a different size, or a replacement?

Tell us what is going on and we will get back to you within one business day. For a size swap, include your measurement. For a defect, we will ask for a quick photo and take care of the rest.

One more thing: your review means the world to us

Every honest review helps another runner, lifter or nurse on their feet all day decide with confidence. Thank you for being a Crucial Compression customer.
