US ORDERS

Choose from several US Postal Service or UPS options during checkout. For your convenience, a tracking number and link will be sent to the email address on your order. Please enter your email address carefully to ensure receipt of key notifications.

Note: for same-day shipping of expedited delivery methods, orders must be received before 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Orders received after that time will ship the following day, with the exception of orders received Friday, which will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays, which will be delayed an additional business day).

FREE, PRIORITY SHIPPING

We don't want to keep you waiting.  Depending on the time of day your order is placed, location and time of year, your order can arrive in as few as 2-4 days.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States only. All orders ship free within the US and typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund, less $10 restock fee per order. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.

We are happy to exchange most items for a different size; all returns or exchanges must be done within 60 days of order date. For exchanges or returns, please email us at hello@crucialcompression.com.

Allow up to four weeks to receive refunds.  This time period includes the return ship time, processing your return and initiating a refund.

From time to time, we may offer special pricing, discounts or coupon codes. These discounts may not be combined and are not be used with wholesale purchases unless specified otherwise.
