What are your sleeves made of?

A premium nylon/spandex knit. It is breathable, moisture wicking, and thin enough to wear under clothes, socks and shoes.

What compression level (mmHg) are they?

We don't rate our sleeves in mmHg. They give a snug, supportive fit. Fit is controlled by size: for a firmer fit choose the smaller of two sizes, and for a gentler fit choose the larger.

Do I get one sleeve or two?

Every pack is a pair: one for each knee, ankle or elbow.

How do I find my size?

Knee: measure around your thigh 3 inches above the center of your kneecap, with your leg straight. Elbow: measure around the center of the elbow joint, with your arm straight. Ankle: go by your US shoe size. Each product page has the full size chart.

What if the size is wrong?

Can I wear them all day or overnight?

Yes. Many customers wear them daily, and the ankle and elbow sleeves are designed to be worn through the night.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and air dry.
